Lisa Davenport, Christian Education Director Lisa was born and raised in New Jersey and has lived in Texas for 22 years. Her favorite quote is, “Every day be thankful for what you have and who you are.” Lisa loves kids, teaching (especially the Bible), animals, dancing, and listening to oldies, Christian music and Elvis. Her favorite color is red, and her favorite food is Italian. Among Lisa’s pets are two conures, Quick and Tequilla, who are handicapped foster animals. Other pets include dogs, Jose and Lulu, two cats, a fish, a frog, and four snakes. Lisa’s favorite pet is Jeremiah, an African grey parrot. Lisa is married to Donald Davenport and has two children, Dustin and Katie Rust. She is a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Center Point ISD and an Assistant Manager at Po Po Family Restaurant, in addition to her position as Christian Education Director. Lisa lives by Jeremiah 29: 11, “For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.” |
